Roof Replacement

When patching stops making sense, we take the old roof down to the deck and build a new one to the current Florida Building Code, including the uplift and fastening rules that matter in hurricane season.

Once the old roof is off we check the decking. Soft or damaged wood is replaced before anything new goes down, then we install underlayment, flashing, vents and the finished roof in tile, shingle, metal or a flat system.

We pull the permit, schedule the city inspections and walk the finished roof with you before the job is closed out.
